Twice daily use 2 pumps of cleanser using your hands and warm water. Wash your skin really well - gently for 40-50 seconds. Rinse well and pat dry, leave your skin very damp for the following steps.

TIP: A clean sweat is the best sweat! Always wash your face prior to working out or sports activities.
